Our custom IDX solutions are billed by programming hours. The average MLS start to finish takes between 25-35 hours to program. Our hourly programming rate is $100 USD per hour thus final cost is $2500-$3500 (One time fee)
MLS hosting Costs
The base hosting cost for a real estate webmasters client is $30 USD per month (Paid yearly) this includes up to 5 gigabytes of storage.
